For Tenants

How do I apply for one of your homes?

Choose a property on our Rooms page and send an enquiry through the Contact page or call +44 7555 114505. We confirm availability, arrange a viewing where possible, and email you an application form.

What documents do I need for referencing?

Photo ID, proof of income (typically three months of payslips or accounts), a landlord reference where applicable, and your right-to-rent documentation. We guide you through every step.

Are bills included in the rent?

Rents are quoted per calendar month (£ pcm) and are exclusive of bills unless stated on the individual listing. We are happy to advise on typical running costs for each property before you apply.

How is my deposit protected?

Every deposit is handled in line with UK tenancy deposit rules: the applicable scheme details and prescribed information are issued to you in writing at the start of the tenancy.

How quickly are maintenance issues handled?

Emergency hazards are triaged the same working day. Routine repairs are typically scheduled within 3–5 working days with vetted contractors, and you are kept informed throughout.

Are pets allowed?

This depends on the individual property. Ask us about the specific home you are interested in and we will confirm in writing before you apply.

For Landlords

What does full property management include?

Marketing, referencing, tenancy agreements, rent collection, quarterly inspections, maintenance coordination and compliance scheduling — the complete day-to-day running of your rental, with monthly statements. See the Landlords page for details.

Which areas do you cover?

We operate across the UK through owned and partner-managed housing. Contact us with the property details and we will confirm coverage and our management terms in writing.
